Nina began bodybuilding in the 1980s, discovered yoga, and came back to strength training when her body asked for it. Bjørn Sigurd started karate at sixteen and later co-founded SATS — the largest fitness chain in the Nordic countries.
Together we bring more than 50 years of experience. At 66 and 74, we feel stronger than we have in decades. We continue to build muscle, sleep better, and think more clearly every week.
